Preston’s Alderman Bill Borrow was a life long supporter of the Liberal Democrats and represented the Preston ward of Cadley for a decade. Sadly he passed away on Sunday 23rd March.

He was a role model for many of us within the Preston Liberal Democrats. He always gave perspective and hope. He will be missed.
